The appointment ceremony of Professor Li Wei was held in No.3 MeetingRoom of the Administration Building in the afternoon of June 1st. Wang Yanjie, the vice president of our college, attended the ceremony with the heads and comrades of the Department of Pharmacy.
At the beginning of the appointmentceremony, Wang Yanjie introduced to professor Li Wei the current stage of development of our college. Wang Yanjie also stated the need for our college to become a member of the group of application-oriented universities. Subsequently, Yan Fulin, Dean of the School of Pharmacy, extended a warm welcome to Professor Li Wei on behalf of our college and introduced the development situation and achievements of the School of Pharmacy. At the same time, Yan Fulin also expressed his ardent desire to see the development of both pharmacy and our college under the leadership of Professor Li. It is hoped that Professor Li will help to build the research platform and guide the development of School of Pharmacy in the future work. Thus deepen the cooperation between our college and the enterprises, and promote the further development of the production, teaching and research.
Professor Li Wei expressed his gratitudeof the trust of our college and he said he would live up to his expectations and earnestly fulfill his responsibilities. In the follow-up work, he would continue to work hard, innovate and promote each other, and contribute his own strength to the development of the college. Finally, Wang Yanjie issued a letter of appointment to Professor Li Wei and a group photo was taken to mark this occasion.
The appointment ceremony has further strengthened the construction of our faculty and was conducive to the further enhancementof the level of scientific research of our institute.

Li Wei, doctor of the Ocean University of China, a visiting scholar at the University of Hong Kong, one of the academic technology leaders in Henan Province, one of the ten outstanding youth pacesetters of Henan province, external expert for national drug review, science and technology correspondent of Henan province. He participated in the national 863 project: the research and development of the innovative drug 5 - zinc salicylate and colon targeted newmedicament. He also participated in the National Drug Foundation project: 5- zinc salicylate treatment of ulcerative colitis and enteritis.
