COLLEGE PROFILE
Sanquan Medical College was founded in 2003. It focuses mainly on medical education together with harmonious development of education in literature, science, engineering and management. By adhering to the guiding ideology for the college management “comprehensive adaption to social needs, the full implementation of quality education, and comprehensively cultivate medical excellence” as well as highlighting the school running characteristics, Sanquan has become a new type college with distinctive characteristics and advantages.
The college has two campuses now, including Xinxiang and Pingyuan campuses. Sanquan Medical College has the largest interactive digital medical morphology laboratoryat present in Henan Province and laboratory with first-class technology in oral, optometry technology and medical cosmetology in Henan province. By the end of 2014, there are 25 kinds of schools, 141 experimental (Shi Xun) rooms, 72 practice teaching bases in and outside the province, building the excellent platform for students to cultivate the practical ability. The 5000 square meters Laerdal-China international nursing training center is under construction cooperated with the Laerdal company which is the world's leading companies in the medical simulation industry. Our College is in full coverage of internet on campus, with fully equipped modern student apartments, which provides the good quality service for on-campus students.
At present, more than 20,419 students are in the college.
Sanquan Medical College has excellent full-time teachers and professors. Besides it has invited famous scholars at home and abroad as its distinguished professors and adjunct professors. Until now, the college has 882 full-time teachers, 102 teaching assistants, and 198 external teachers, and 43% of them are professors or associate professors, and 78% own master or doctor degrees, which has guaranteed the teaching effect.
The college has International Programs in many countries and regions, such as the USA, Britain, Malaysia, Philippines, Hongkong, Taiwan, and has successively established good cooperation relationship with La Roche College (USA), Stevens Henager College (USA), Texas Wesleyan University(USA), Glasgow Caledonian University (Britain), University of Central Lancashire (Britian), Management and Science University (Malaysia), Saint Paul University (Philippines), Meiho University (Taiwan), Chung Hwa University of Medical Technology (Taiwan), Central Taiwan University of Science and Technology (Taiwan), Yuanpei University of Medical Technology (Taiwan), I-SHOU University and etc. There’re a lot of students taking part in the international exchange programs every year.
The number and quality of students are increasing year by year. For five consecutive years, the school undergraduate admission scores ranked first in the province of similar institutions. And the college won the “college graduates employment outstanding units of Henan Province”, “Henan most employment competitiveness demonstration institutions” honorary titles.

APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS
1.Applicants must be a citizen of a country other than the People’s Republic of China, and be in good health.
2.The requirements for applicants’ degree and age are that applicants must: be a junior college graduate or a high school graduate between the age of 18-23（graduate within 2 years）
CHARGING STANDARDS
Application fee: | ¥ 400 /person(only in the first semester) |
Tuition fee: | tuition fee of the first year: ¥ 10,000 /Person/Year(mainly for Chinese language courses). Tuition fee for the second year till the sixth year:¥ 18,000 /Person/Year. |
Accommodation fee: | ¥ 4,500 /Person/Year(twin bed room) |
Textbook fee | ¥ 500 / Term |
White coat fee | ¥ 65/ Person |
Besides the above fees, there are also a number of other fees that international students should take into account. These fees are:

Notice: Sanquan Medical College only collect application fee, tuition fee, accommodation fee, textbook fee and white coat fee. All textbook fees are settled according to the actual amount of book fees, with more refunds and less compensation.
Students shall pay off their fees within 7 days when they arrived at college.
SCHOLARSHIP
We have Henan Government Scholarship.
HOW TO APPLY
Collect your application documents in accordance with our checklists as below.
1. Fill out “Sanquan Medical College Application Form for International Students.doc”(see the attachment). Please make sure this form is fulfilled with your signature and photo is included.
2. A scan copy of your highest academic diploma and academic transcript.
3. Provide four copies of 38mm*51mm size passport photos and four copies of 25mm*35mm size passport photos.
4. A scan copy of your passport page with personal information, photo and signature.
5. A scan copy of Physical Examination Record and Blood Test Report, X-ray film, i.e. Physical and Medical Examination Certificate（issued within 3 months）.
6. A scan copy of Criminal Record Certificate（issued within 3 months）.
7. A scan copy of Financial Guarantee Certificate.

After we receive all your materials, the Admission Committee will check and give you an interview by English. The one who pass the interview will get theAdmission Notice.
