一、学校简介 Introduction

概况 Profile

新乡医学院三全学院于2003年获批举办，现有两个校区，共占地1019.6亩，校舍总建筑面积为66.1万㎡。在校生共20909人，专任教师1186人，先后培养了42153名优秀毕业生。学校现有全日制本科（含专升本）、专科2个办学层次，26个本科专业及方向、9个专科专业，涵盖医、管、理、工、文5个学科领域。学校现已逐步成长为一所特色鲜明、优势突出的新型医学高等院校。

Sanquan Medical College was established in 2003 under the approval of MOE. Sanquan consists of two campuses with a total covered area of 679,733 square meters and a floor area of 661,000 square meters. It is home to 42,153 alumni and 20,909 students guided by 1186 teachers undertaking 26 undergraduate and 9 junior college majors in 5 domains of medicine, management, science, engineering and literature. Gradually growing into a young college with unique features and evident advantages, Sanquan has made its prominent contribution to public health services of Henan Province.

临床医学专业是我校最早开设的专业，截至目前已有18年的教学历程。临床医学专业师资力量雄厚，教学设施设备完备，实验实训条件完善，先后荣获河南省高等学校综合改革试点和河南省民办高校品牌专业建设点。

Clinical medicine program of Sanquan, with 18 years’ running, enjoys an abundance of capable faculty, teaching facilities, and advanced experiment environment, which has been recognized both as a Comprehensive Reform Pilot of Henan Higher Education and a Brand Major Pilot of Private Higher Education Institutions of Henan Province.

国际化 Internationalization

我校与22所海外大学建立合作关系，如美国查塔姆大学、英国兰开夏大学、马来西亚管理与科学大学等。学校于2011年获得授予本科学位资格，2015年获批聘请外国专家单位资格，2017年获批招收来华留学生资格，2018年加入世界医学院校名录并于同年开始招收国际学生。2019年学校获批与美国查塔姆大学合作办学项目，2020年获批与英国贝德福德大学合作办学项目，同年加入联合国教科文组织的世界高等教育数据库。目前，我校有来自巴基斯坦、印度、印度尼西亚、坦桑尼亚等8个国家的118名国际学生。

In terms of international development, the university has established friendly cooperative relations with 22 overseas universities, including Chatham University in the US, Central Lancashire University in the UK, Malaysian University of Management and Science, etc. After it was granted the qualification of conferring the bachelor’s degree in 2011, recruiting foreign teachers in 2015, recruiting foreign students in 2017, Sanquan made its way into the World Directory of Medical Schools (WDMS) of WHO in 2018, and embarked on recruiting international students in the same year. Afterwards, its Chinese-Foreign Cooperative Nursing program was approved in 2019 to admit Chinese students, followed by another joint program with University of Bedfordshire of the UK in 2020. The same year then witnessed Sanquan’s entry into the World Higher Education Database of the International Association of Universities (IAU) supported by the UNESCO. At present, the college has about 118 international students from 8 countries including Pakistan, India, Indonesia, Tanzania, etc.

社会影响 Social Influence

近年来，我校多次获得各级荣誉，曾获中央电视台“新闻联播”、《中国教育报》等权威媒体专题报道。在2019年9月发布的武书连排行榜和2020年4月金苹果排行榜上，我校位于全国医学独立学院排行榜第一。

In recent years, the college has won more than numerous honorary titles and has been featured in CCTV news broadcast, China Education Daily and other authoritative media. On the Wushulian List released in September 2019 and Jinpingguo List in April 2020, Sanquan ranks the first among Chinese independant medical colleges.

二、地理位置 Location

学校位于河南北部新乡，与省会郑州仅相距十余里，与古都开封隔河相望，，四季分明。新乡北依太行，处于豫北的经济、交通、教育中心地带，与少林寺、黄河、二七塔、八里沟景区、万仙山等著名景点较近。

Situated in Xinxiang of northern Henan, Sanquan faces the provincial capital Zhengzhou to its north only several miles away and ancient national capital Kaifeng to its south with yellow river in between, featuring distinct four seasons. With Taihang Mountains stretching at its north, Xinxiang is an economic, educational, and transportation hub of northern Henan, near to renown scenic spots such as Shaolin Temple, Yellow River, Erqi Tower, Baligo Scenic Area, Wanxian Mountain.

四、奖学金和学位 SCHOLARSHIP

河南省政府奖学金

We have Henan Government Scholarship.

修读完毕教学计划所有课程，满足学校毕业及学位授予条件，授予毕业证和学位证书。

Corresponding degree and diploma certificates will be awarded to qualified students upon completion of the specialized program curriculum while meeting other relevant requirements about graduation and diploma of the college. 

五、入学条件 Eligibility

1.国籍：考生应持有非中国国籍。若考生出生时即持外国国籍，且父母一方或双方在国外定居时为中国国籍，候选人应持有有效期超过4年的外国护照或证明，同时有2年以上在国外居住记录（每年居住9个月以上按出入境签证记录计为1年）。

Nationality: Candidates should have nationalities of other countries. If the candidate was born with foreign nationality with one or both of the candidate’s parents having Chinese nationality while settling abroad, the candidate shall hold a valid foreign passport or proof with a period of validity of more than 4 years, and meanwhile have a over two years’ record of living in foreign countries (living for more than 9 months per year can be accounted as one year, according to record on the exit-entry visa).

2.学历：考生应有高中学历或同等教育学历，学习表现良好。

Diploma: candidates must have a high school diploma or certification of equivalent education with good performance.

3.年龄：18-23岁，高中毕业2年以内。 

Age: 18-23 years old, graduated within 2 years.

4.英语成绩需达到雅思5.5（含）以上水平；国际学生在进入大二学习前，中文能力应达到《国际汉语能力标准》四级水平（含）以上。优先录取具有汉语能力和证书的考生。

Candidates should have an English ability equivalent to IELTS 5.5; before entering into the sophomore year, students' Chinese language ability should be higher than HSK4 of Chinese Language Proficiency Scales or above. Candidates with Chinese ability and relative certificates are preferred.

5.健康：外国人体格检查表的各项数据应正常。 

Health: all columns in the Foreign Physical Examination Form should be normal.

6.其他：无犯罪记录，无身体和心理疾病，遵守中国法律法规和校规校纪，尊重中国习俗。

Others: no criminal record, in good health both physically and mentally, observe Chinese laws as well as university rule and regulations, and respect Chinese customs.

六、费用 Fee Structure

其他费用：Besides, internationals students need also prepare for following fees:

注：学院只收取申请费、学费和住宿费，代商户收取课本费和白大衣费。其中，教材费、住宿费按实际使用情况收取，多退少补。学生须在向学校报到后7天内交学费。

Note: the college only charges the application fee, tuition fee and accommodation fee, and also helps merchants collect textbook fee and white coat fee. Among them, the textbook fee and accommodation fee are charged according to the actual cost, and the excess will be refunded and the lack need be compensated. Students are required to pay fees within 7 days after they report to the school.

七、申请资料和录取流程 Procedure

（一）基本情况 Basic Information

1.居住地和出生地应包括城市名称，通信地址应包括街道号码。Place of residence and birthplace should include the city name, and the correspondence address should include street number.

2.联系电话应遵循国家代码+区号+电话号码的结构。The contact number should follow the structure of country code + area code + phone number.

3.照片应为护照尺寸，背景为白色，无眼镜、头巾和镜框。The photo should be in passport size on a white background, without glasses, headscarf, frameworks.

4.所有原始文件都需保存，包括10张护照大小的照片。All original files need to be kept, including 10 passport-size photos.

（二）其他材料 Other material

1. 高中毕业证原件Original high school diploma.

2. 高中成绩单原件Original high school transcript.

3. 护照首页和签证页Passport first page and visa page.

4. 3个月内签发的《外国人体格检查表》The foreign medical examination record issued within 3 months.

5. 3个月内签发的无犯罪记录Proof of no criminal record within 3 months of issuance.

6. 银行签发的资产证明（资产证明和6个月流水记录）Asset certificate issued by the bank (asset proof or 6-month transaction list from banks).

7. 申请人的保证书Applicant's letter of guarantee must be signed by the applicant.

（三）面试 Interview

外事工作组将在收到材料后一周内对学生材料进行筛选，对初步符合申请条件的申请人发出面试通知。

The Foreign Affairs work group will screen student materials within one week after receiving material, send qualified applicants an interview notice to applicants who initially meet the application requirements.

（四）预录取 Pre-admission

外事工作组将在两周内根据考生的高中成绩和面试成绩计算综合成绩，确定考生名单。经外事工作组组长批准后，符合条件的学生将收到电子预录取通知书。

The Foreign Affairs work group will calculate the comprehensive grades and decide the list of candidates based on their high school scores and interview scores within two weeks. After approval from Foreign Affairs work group leaders, qualified students will receive an electronic pre-admission notice.

（五）正式录取通知书 Formal Admission Notice

最后，外事工作组将在外事部网站公布最终录取结果一周，并将正式录取通知书、签证申请材料、录取指南等材料邮寄给录取学生。

Finally, the Foreign Affairs Work Group will publicize the final admission result on the website of the Foreign Affairs’ Department for one week, and mail the official admission letter, visa application materials, admission guide and other materials to the admission students.

（六）注意邮箱和通知 Regularly check mailbox and notifications.

所有与入学、课程、费用等有关的通知都是从特定的邮箱和系统发送的。请保持通讯畅通，并设置手机邮件提醒。All relevant notices related to admission, courses, fees, etc., are sent from specific mailbox and system. Please keep your communication smooth and set up a mobile email reminder.

（七）入学报到 Registration

The registration date will be determined according to relevant Chinese regulations and Covid-19 pandemic control situation.报到时间将根据中国政府相关规定和全球新冠肺炎疫情空置情况决定。

八、住宿、就餐和交通 Accommodation, Dining and Transportation

国际学生需入住国际学生公寓两人间，校内两所食堂设有穆斯林食品窗口。校外公交站距郑州地铁站有大概30分钟车程。

Students must live in the twin-bed dormitory for international students. There are two student restaurants with several sales windows for Muslim food. The public bus at the school gate can arrive at Zhengzhou subway station with about 30 minutes.
