Sanquan Medical College Opening Notice of 1st Semester of 2020-2021 Academic Year for International Freshmen

Dear International Freshmen of 2020,

Affected by the COVID-19 pandemic, international fresh students are unable to attend face-to-face classes in China. To meet your learning needs, Sanquan Medical College (the College) will commence the online classes for the 1st semester of 2020-2021 Academic Year on December 28th, 2020, which is estimated to last for 6 weeks until February 5th, 2021. 

I. Academic Calendar

The 1st semester will last from Dec. 28, 2020 to Feb. 5, 2021.

The next semester is expected to start in March 2021 with the exact date to be announced later. 

II. Participants:

The first batch of 2020 international fresh students enrolled into Sanquan Medical College.

III. Courses:

Chinese Comprehensive, Chinese Listening, Spoken Chinese, China Panorama with 20-24 class hours per week.

IV. Online Teaching Platform:

Dingtalk App.

V. Relevant Requirements:

(I) International students must pay fees in advance in accordance with the admission notice in order to be eligible for online lectures.

(II) With all announcements of the College based on Beijing time, you may adjust your daily routine accordingly.

(III) The detailed arrangement will be published before Dec. 25, 2020. Please be prepared in advance to complete Dingtalk registration and join the class group for attending classes 

before Dec. 25, 2020. Your registration should follow the steps in Attachment 1, and the teaching affair administrators will approve your application after reviewing your information.

(IV) Your student number is an important identity code during your student life. Please fill this number in the registration form accurately (see the Attachment 2 for your student number).

(V) All teaching materials are intellectual properties of the College and are only for the use of its teaching. Anyone who plagiarizes, duplicates, reprints or uses the materials for other purposes without consent of the College will be held legally responsible.

(VI) International students must abide by Chinese laws and relevant management regulations of the College, and violators shall be dealt with accordingly.
